Returns Policy

We accept returns for any non-personalized, full-price items (excluding earrings and piercing items for hygiene reasons).

Please note: We do not accept returns for personalized or discounted items. Customized, engraved, personalized, photo, monogram, name and initial, sale, discounted, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To return a non-personalized, full-price item, please email us at info@khloegems.com within 14 days of delivery.

The item(s) must reach us within 14 days of your email request and must include a note with the order number so we know who to refund.

All items must be returned UNWORN and UNDAMAGED in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If these conditions are not met, your return will be refused.

Rings MUST have the size tag attached (not tampered with), or they will be refused and returned to you. Orders with 10+ returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments must be sent with “Signature Required” for any carrier used. Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipping. We are not responsible for packages returned without proof of signature.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.

Faulty Items

All merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged to arrive in great condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 48 hours) with photos of the issue so we can assist you. Khloe Gems will either send a replacement or issue store credit if your jewelry arrives damaged or defective.
