Orders require 3-5 business days to process before dispatching. Personalized items may take up to 20 business days to create before dispatch (excluding shipping time). Once shipped, packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days for domestic USA orders.

Order Changes: We cannot cancel or change orders once placed. Please double-check your order details and any discount codes before finalizing your order.

Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Orders will be sent only to the address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, you will need to pay shipping costs again for redelivery.

Parcel Issues: If your tracking shows a package marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping provider directly. Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping provider will handle any investigations. Khloe Gems is not liable for issues caused by the shipping provider or theft at the delivery location. We do not replace lost or stolen packages. Please anticipate delays during holiday and peak shipping periods.
