Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Khloe Gems pieces! If you need to make a return for any reason, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-personalized, full-price items only.

Items must be returned within the specified timeframe and meet the condition requirements outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings and other piercing items (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Personalized items (including photo, monogram, name, and initial jewelry)
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To return an eligible item, please email us at info@khloegems.com within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

Further instructions, including the return shipping address, will be provided once your return request is approved.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • The item(s) must physically arrive back to us within 14 days of your initial email return request.
  • Include a note with your order number inside the return package so we can identify your return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All return shipments must be sent with "Signature Required" tracking via your chosen carrier.
  • Please email us the tracking number once you have shipped the return.
  • Khloe Gems is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit or those sent without proof of signature confirmation.

Condition of Returned Items

To be accepted for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be completely UNWORN and UNDAMAGED.
  • Be in the complete ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • Rings MUST still have the original size tag attached and untampered with.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed for the original merchandise amount, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (processing times may vary depending on your bank/card issuer).

Restocking Fee: Please note that orders where 10 or more items are returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package all items before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 48 hours of delivery).

Email info@khloegems.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement item or issue store credit if applicable.
