Once your order is dispatched, you can typically expect delivery within 2-8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier operations.
Please Note: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (like holidays) or due to unforeseen carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey via the shipping carrier's website.
Order Modifications: Our team works quickly to process orders. Because of this speed, we are typically unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your items, quantities, and any discount codes carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Your order will be shipped to the exact address provided during checkout. We cannot make exceptions or changes after the order is confirmed. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.

Package Marked as Delivered: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please first check around your property, with neighbors, or building management. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and initiate an investigation. They will have the most up-to-date information once the package has left our facility.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Khloe Gems is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier or for issues caused directly by the shipping provider (e.g., transit delays, handling errors). We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.
Unclaimed Packages / Failed Delivery Attempts: If you miss a delivery attempt, please follow the carrier's instructions for pickup or rescheduling. If a package is not claimed within the carrier's timeframe, it will be returned to us. Reshipping an unclaimed package will incur additional shipping fees payable by the customer.
