Shipping Policy

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75

• Standard Shipping: $8
• Priority Shipping: $15 (2-4 working days)
• Express Shipping: $29 (1-3 working days)

Orders require 3-5 business days to process before dispatching. Personalized items require up to 20 business days to create before dispatch (excluding shipping time). Once shipped, packages typically arrive in 2-5 business days.

We cannot cancel or change orders after they have been placed. Please double-check your order, including any discount codes, before finalizing.

Parcel Issues

If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact the shipping provider. Khloe Gems is not liable for issues caused by the shipping provider or theft at your destination.

All concerns regarding your package should be forwarded to the shipping provider. Khloe Gems is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping provider or USPS.

Returns Policy

We accept returns for non-personalized full-price items (except earrings and piercing items due to hygiene reasons). Personalized or discounted items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery via email at info@khloegems.com. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of the request and include a note with the order number.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and require around 20-30 business days for arrival. These orders offer a discount and secure your item before it potentially sells out.
